Widely known as “The Pavement Specialist” is a native of Tarboro, North Carolina relocated to Atlanta, GA over 30-years ago with the dream to own and operate a Full Service Paving Company. He and his wife of 28-years were inspired to fulfill this lifelong dream soon after the birth of their youngest of three grandchildren, Alexandra in 2003 in which Xandra Paving Company, Inc. was established. Bringing over 30-years of paving experience “The Pavement Specialist” maintains a positive connection with numerous businesses such as Enterprise, Clayton County School Board, Winter Constructions, Shoe Show, Hunsinger Properties, and SPG Properties just to name a few and other local businesses throughout the Greater Atlanta Area and Southeast Region.
